How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date. Popular dates can fill up fast, especially during peak wedding season.
Is delivery and collection really free?
Yes. We provide free UK nationwide delivery and collection for every booking.
When will I receive my guests’ videos?
We send you all guest messages digitally within 48 hours of receiving the book back, often even sooner. If you've ordered an upgrade such as a personalised physical video album, this will be delivered within 7 days.
When do you deliver/collect the phone?
Upon placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. Within 24 hours, we’ll follow up with a “What to Expect” email containing all the details you need to prepare for your guest book’s arrival.
Your chosen Video Guest Book will be delivered 3 working days before your event and collected 2–3 working days after. If the suggested dates in your “What to Expect” email don’t quite work for you, simply reply to that message and we’ll happily adjust the schedule to suit your plans.
Can I change the delivery address near the time?
Yes — as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch date, we can update the delivery address to suit your needs.
Do you cater to destination weddings?
Yes — we regularly provide Video Guest Books for destination weddings. Simply select the destination wedding option on your booking form. This extends your rental by an extra three days on either side, so your guest book will arrive 6 days before your event and be collected 6 days after.
